$29 Exam. Regular fee $189. Includes consultation, examination, and digital X-rays if needed at no additional charge.
Additional charges may be incurred for related services which may be required in individual cases.
Valid for new patients only at participating locations. Due to federal regulations, this offer cannot be applied to patients enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal healthcare programs. Not valid for ACN members. New Patient offer pricing varies by location. Insurance acceptance varies by location.
