Update, September 14, 2026: we have now retracted this post’s Aetna claim as well. The earlier wording placed this practice inside that carrier’s Medicare network, and we cannot stand behind it. Whether those are Medicare Advantage or Medigap plans has never been confirmed with the carrier; Aetna’s own Medicare directory does not list this practice; and a Medigap supplement has no provider network at all. So the sentence was either unsupported or meaningless, and neither is good enough to leave on a page patients use to decide where to book. We are confirming the plan type with Aetna directly. If you carry an Aetna plan, call us at (732) 952-4476 and we will check your benefits before you book.
Update, September 11, 2026: this post previously said we were in-network with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey from August 30, 2026. That was wrong and we are retracting it — we are not in-network with Horizon. The August 30 date came from a network announcement that never resulted in Horizon coverage, and Horizon’s own provider directory never listed this practice. We are not naming any Blue Cross Blue Shield plan here until we have confirmed one with the carrier itself. If you carry a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan, please call us at (732) 952-4476 before you book and we will tell you where you actually stand, rather than leaving you to find out at the front desk.
Update, September 8, 2026: this post originally announced an Aetna start date of August 1, 2026. That was not correct as written. At the time we narrowed it to Medicare-related Aetna plans only, and ruled out Aetna commercial plans — PPO, HMO, Open Choice and similar. That narrowing has since been withdrawn too — see the September 14 update above.

Depending on your plan’s chiropractic benefits, that can mean lower out-of-pocket costs for your visits.
